DE FINCA<\/h3><\/p>\n

In 2016 besloten we, Robin en Laura, twee Belgen die de stad Gent graag verruilden voor het Spaanse platteland, om een \u200b\u200boude boerderij te kopen en deze te verbouwen tot vakantieappartementen. Na een korte zoektocht verloren we ons hart voor Mas de Pau, een boerderij in het kleine stadje Fuentespalda. In de zomer van 2016 volgde de definitieve verhuizing en zijn we enthousiast begonnen met de renovatie van het toen nog verwilderde gebouw.<\/p>\n

TEAM MAS DE PAU<\/h3><\/p>\n

Vele ontdekkingen, verbouwingen en twee kinderen later hebben we de renovatie van onze 4 rurale appartementen<\/a> voltooid en we staan \u200b\u200bklaar om jullie allemaal met open armen en veel enthousiasme te ontvangen.

De omgeving<\/h3><\/p>\n

Apartamentos Mas de Pau is gevestigd in een oude boerderij die in 2016 is gerenoveerd. De boerderij bestaat uit 4 vakantieappartementen, die afzonderlijk of samen kunnen worden gehuurd. Er zijn twee appartementen met twee slaapkamers en twee appartementen met \u00e9\u00e9n slaapkamer. Alle appartementen hebben een eigen ingang en een klein terras.<\/p>\n

De finca van 6 hectare met olijf- en amandelbomen ligt midden in de berg, op slechts 1,3 km van het stadje Fuentespalda.<\/p>\n

DE PRACHTIGE STREEK MATARRA\u00d1A<\/h3><\/p>\n

De regio Matarra\u00f1a wordt gekenmerkt door zijn kleine lieflijke dorpjes en de diversiteit van de natuur. De finca heeft een mooi uitzicht over de bergen van het natuurpark Els Ports. Vanuit het huis kun je wandelen<\/a>, klimmen<\/a>, fietsen<\/a> en paardrijden<\/a>. De GR-route loopt door het landgoed en de V\u00eda Ferrata<\/a> begint op slechts 100 meter afstand. In de buurt zijn ook de grotten van de Coveta de l’Aigua<\/a>. Gasten kunnen ook genieten van de verschillende terrassen met olijf- en amandelbomen of een spelletje petanque spelen op het terrein. Er is een groot terras met een eettafel, een solarium en een ontspanningsruimte, perfect om te genieten van de zonsondergang.<\/p>\n
